Live, Onward collects only the information you choose to send us through the enquiry form or the newsletter sign-up: your name, email address and the details you write in the message fields.

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you have asked us to, to send occasional updates about the show. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Submissions are stored securely and are visible only to the Live, Onward team. You can ask us to remove your details at any time by emailing drprash@liveonward.co.uk.

Cookies and analytics. Essential cookies and local storage keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. Google Analytics 4 is optional and disabled by default: the Google Analytics script does not load and no analytics cookies are set unless you choose “Accept analytics”. Rejecting analytics changes nothing about how the site works, and you can change your choice at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

Google advertising storage, ad personalisation and Google Signals are disabled. Internal site-search terms are not sent to Google Analytics, and query strings and URL fragments are excluded from the page location that is recorded. Your name, email address, messages and any other free text you send us are never passed to Google Analytics; after consent, only a generic contact_form_submit event is recorded, with no personal or health information attached. After consent, standard anonymous measurement may include page views, scrolling, outbound link clicks, downloads and supported video interactions. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.

Any medical imaging shared by a guest is used only with that guest's explicit written permission, and can be withdrawn at any point before publication.
